Faculty and Research Interests

Name Field Research Interests
Bombick, Daniel Analytical Chemistry Interests include desorption/ionization methods in mass spectrometry; the development of new chromatographic packings; the development of novel gas chromatographic columns; and the study of-specific gas chromatographic detectors.
Dolson, David Physical Chemistry Kinetic studies of laser-initiated chemical chain reactions, photodissociation dynamics, energy transfer, and laser-excited fluorescence.
Feld, William A. Organic Chemistry The syntheses of soluble and processable thermally stable polymers have been investigated
Fossum, Eric Polymer Chemistry

Our research is focused in three general areas: 1) synthesis of functional, highly branched polymers, 2) controlled synthesis of branched polymers using polycondensation chemistry, and 3) water soluble, UV curable polyester systems.

Gilpin, Roger Environmental Science Analysis of pollutants, surface science.
